1. Indoor distribution boxes and cabinets generally require cold-rolled steel plates in line with national standards. The thickness of steel plate is 1.2~2.0mm, among which the thickness of steel plate of switch box body shall not be less than 1.2mm, and the thickness of steel plate of distribution box body shall not be less than 1.5mm. The doors shall be reinforced, and the surface of the box body shall be treated with anticorrosion.  

The IP protection level of the distribution box is based on GB/T4942.2-93 "Protection Level of Low-voltage Electrical Appliance Enclosure". Different IP protection levels of the distribution box are selected according to different application technical requirements of the distribution box. Distribution box and switch box should be rainproof and dustproof. The protection level shall not be lower than IP21 when opening the door and IP44 when closing the door.

2. Hot rolled plate SHCC, material T≥3.0mm, also used electroplating, paint parts, low cost, but difficult to form, mainly used flat parts.  

3. Copper: mainly conductive materials, its surface treatment is nickel plating, chromium plating, or no treatment, high cost.  

4 stainless steel: mainly used without any surface treatment, high cost. Aluminum plate generally uses surface chromate (J11-A), oxidation (conductive oxidation, chemical oxidation), high cost, silver plating, nickel plating.  

5. Aluminum profile: material with complex cross section structure, widely used in various boxes. Surface treatment with aluminum plate. Galvanized sheet SECC, SGCC. SECC electrolytic plate N material, P material, N material is not mainly surface treatment, high cost, P material for spraying parts.
